Earlier this month CHVRCHES confirmed they had begun writing for their third studio album currently dubbed CHV3 until we have an official album title. Recent social media posts from the band have shown them spending time in both Los Angeles and New York City but today we learned some exciting new information that famed musician and producer Dave Stewart is working with the band. Stewart is best known for his work with the Eurythmics. This collaboration is a synthpop fan’s dream and builds more anticipation to hear new music from our favorite trio from Glasgow.

Earlier this week on Valentine’s Day Jack Antonoff of the band Bleachers along with a list of performing artists including CHVRCHES delivered an important letter viewable above to legislators in Texas to oppose anti-LGBTQ laws.
If passed this legislation in Texas known as Texas Senate Bill 6 (SB6) and House Bill 1362 (HB1362) would prohibit a transgender person from using a restroom that aligns with their gender identity. Along with these two bills additional legislation against the LGBTQ community is currently under consideration so now is the time to stand against injustice and make your voice heard. Keep an eye on the bands social pages for updates as the album progresses.
